Master Teachers

Master Teachers support new teachers during the Pre-Deployment Grooming Program and help underperforming teachers build self-reliance, empowering them to grow independently rather than depend on on-going support.

Master Teacher Promotion Eligibility

Promotion to the position of Master Teacher is in your own hands.

Every teacher who:

• Scores a minimum of 75% in the Monthly Performance Rubric for 3 consecutive months, and
• Successfully completes the Master Teacher Training and earns certification.

will be eligible for promotion to the position of Master Teacher. You earn the enhanced title and a monthly salary increment of Rs. 1,000

Every Master Teacher is required to mentor a new teacher till they also become a master teacher.

Recruitment Scout

Recruitment Scouts play a key role in identifying potential teacher candidates, generating leads, counselling prospects, and supporting hiring requirements across multiple locations. They are responsible for connecting with candidates through direct field outreach, networking, and local market activation strategies. Recruitment Scouts must be comfortable travelling regularly, engaging with people, and professionally representing FEA in rural communities.

We cannot offer you this role unless you are completely mobile and willing to travel to remote locations

Recruitment Scout Eligibility

• Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred (for non-FEA staff)
• Comfortable with extensive fieldwork and travel
• Strong communication and convincing skills
• Smartphone literacy (WhatsApp, Google Maps, social media usage)
• Basic English Proficiency Preferred

Staff Trainers

Staff Trainers are required to live on the Gahru campus and must be willing to spend a few weeks at a time, once or twice a year, in rural locations to conduct training. 

We cannot offer you this role unless you are completely mobile and able to travel to remote locations.

Staff Trainer Promotion Eligibility

Additionally, the training team proactively reaches out to identified candidates after reviewing their overall performance and feedback from operations. Tenure is not a limiting factor for this role.
  
• Willingness for pre-deployment on-field training is mandatory, ranging from a minimum of 2 months up to 4 months, potentially in locations away from your current base.
• Minimum MPR requirement: 80% consistently for 3 consecutive months.
• English proficiency requirement: Minimum B2 level. 

Territory Managers

Territory Managers visit different rural branches daily to support teachers and ensure consistent program delivery across their assigned areas.

We cannot offer you this role unless you are completely mobile and able to travel to remote locations.

Territory Manager Promotion Eligibility

• Completion of a 12-month cycle of the curriculum at the branch
• Minimum MPR – 75% for 3 consecutive months
• Must be able to drive a two-wheeler and visit different rural branches daily
• B2 English
