FEA ACADEMIC COLLABORATION
FEA actively partners with academics that have a hypothesis and wish to formulate, design, and test studies using our teaching sites. Researchers benefit from the one-year duration of our programs, and our robust data collection practices, and the ability to run controlled A/B tests. As an entrepreneur-led NGO, we are passionate about growth, improvement, and have a willingness to question the status quo.
As a learning and sharing organization, we deliberately do not copyright our course material and teaching methods. We are happy to share all our resources with anybody, worldwide.
We offer to host and train staff of other organizations that wish to use our curriculum and methods.
OUR PROGRAM
Our students attend a hundred minutes class six days a week, for the program duration of 52 weeks. Our class size is limited to 20 students. Our branches are located in New Delhi, Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh and Bihar.
Our dynamic teaching method uses a hybrid of computer-based training, lectures, seminars, workbooks, peer-to-peer interaction and game-based learning. We use a cloud-based learning management system (LMS) to track the progress of each student on a daily basis. Analysis of this data provides insights for improving our program, as well as providing useful information for researchers.
